The coordinates bounce around, so look on the west side of the street on the brick building.
“Pulga” is Spanish for flea, so you might find this magnetized nano clinging to almost anything. There may eventually be an infestation, especially downtown Laredo and maybe even into Nuevo Laredo on the other side of the river.
This pulga is resting on an old building on Santa Maria Street.
