Geocache Description:

Nice little community Park carved out by the local neighbors from excess city utility properties.

Nice little community Park carved out by the local neighbors from excess city utility properties. Since the area grew little by little there was no master plan or tax base funds for a larger use park and it just sort of encroached on city unused properties to the Water treatment facility that used to be on the fringe of the city in this area. Bring the kids, the pooch or use the Community center. The nearby Library Branch is going through a remodel to better serve the community since the high use of the facility as a dated resource needing to come up to speed in modern technology and materials. Due to re-open in June of 2010 with a community Ice Cream social.
Use extreme Stealth and pick your times to hunt since you will be in muggle central.

Late night searches are ill advised since it is very close to a Police sub-station and the high use of the facilities!
PLEASE HANDLE WITH CARE....NO NEED TO EXCAVATE OR CLIMB OR MOVE THINGS EITHER!
