Geocache Description:

Wineham Wander:-

A series of caches set to coincide with the first Sussex Camping event (GZ26DEG)

This series is designed to have mostly simple finds but with the odd one being slightly more tricky.

Most of the route is on footpaths through the Sussex country side, but there is the occasional bit of road walking required and some of the paths are quite close to the river, so please take care especially if you have children or dogs with you.

At various points during the walks you can get some really nice views of the Downs, but also when we were placing the caches there were many areas of bluebells. We also saw deer on at least 4 occasions, so keep your camera's ready and you might get some nice photo's.

There are several places you can park your cars along the route depending on where you want to start the series, or there is a footpath directly from the campsite for those who wish to walk from there.
