Geocache Description:

This cache is at the end of a 45 minute hike up to Jug Island Beach in Belcarra Regional Park. I will give some hints to where the geocache is. Along the east side of the beach. The cache is located along a rocky shoreline. The cache is in a small salal bush with a tree growing out of a rock. The cache rests on top of the tree where it curves to the sky. The tree is small. The cache is nestled in a nest that I made for it to avoid wind issues.
It is very scenic.

Located in Coquitlam along the end of a trail in Belcarra Park.
There is a travel bug named "Sparky" he is a stuffed frog and I ask that to be very careful with him! He wants to go to Newfoundland from cache to cache across Canada and then to eventully arrive back at the exact same cache at Belcarra where he started from (i.e keats' explorer cache) it is a great trail called the Jug Island Beach Trail. ONCE AGAIN, THIS AREA IS QUITE ROCKY, SO I SUGGEST HIKING BOOTS FOR THE BEACH PART OF IT. This cache is accessable by trail or by kayak. The kayak trip only takes about 10 minutes. The cache is located beyond the visible point from Jug Island Beach. Walk along the shoreline, past a strange rock formation facing Jug Island. Then walk/crawl along the remaining stretch of shoreline to a point where the shoreline becomes impassable, there should be a small tree curving towards the sky, resting in the curvature of the tree is the cache. I had to have it close to a rock to avoid it from falling into the ocean. Please make sure it is secure.

When you sign the log book, make sure you don't fall into the ocean, (I really wouldn't like hearing on the news about a fatality on Indian Arm.) However, it is very safe and a great place to spend the day. (When possible try going at low tide) You may also want to find the other geocache in the area also.
When you find the geocache, feel free to trade an item and sign the log book. After this, please make sure the geocache is secure as the cache rests in a kind of precarious position.

May I also say, this is a cache you may find at your own risk and that risk should be viewed upon wisely. I ofcourse want people to find it, but taking safety precautions are very important.

Good Luck
