My father, Tennessee Tater - is no longer able to live on his own, due to cancer and now moderate Alzheimer. We arranged for him to live here at GAL, he misses his freedom but has accepted the changes, maybe. He loves to go caching with me - when he can and enjoys all family events. So he and I placed this cache for others to find. We hope to "catch" cachers as he and I travel on this path together.
Our elderly are so often forgotten - if you have the time step upon the porch and say hello.
My father passed away after 5 years with Alzheimer on Match 26, 2014. I had the joy of learning so many much from my father the last five years. He so loved caching with me. So please smile as say hi Tennessee Tater as you sign the log.
