This cache is located at a spit of land at the Esquimalt Lagoon. If you love to bird watch, this is the location for you. Over the years we have seen swans, geese, oyster catchers, red-wing blackbirds, pigeons, seagulls, sandpipers, mergansers, buffleheads, osprey, bald headed eagles, sparrows and crows just to name a few.
Cache is a cammo'd small baking powder container in some shrubbery at ground level.
Be sure to take in the breathtaking views while down here. Maybe even bring a picnic or just have a seat on one of the many benches at the beach.
