Geocache Description:

quote:

"Something hidden. Go and find it! Go and look behind the Ranges--
"Something lost behind the Ranges. Lost and waiting for you. Go!"

--(from "The Explorer," by Rudyard Kipling)

Every time we search out a Geocache, we answer the Explorer's call! Hard or easy, large or small, you never know where the search will take you, what you'll see along the way, or what waits for you inside.

We've placed this cache on the occasion of the 10th Anniversary of our wonderful game. We hope you'll like what you find.

****************************************************************************
Cache is on the grounds of the SUCO College Camp. You may search during the day when the Camp is open. You can drive in from East Street, or enjoy the hike that starts from the SUCO Campus.

We've added a few songs and quotes we feel fit our theme. Add one of your own in your log!

"Blue Moon, you saw me standing alone
Without a dream in my heart
Without a love of my own"
--(Rogers and Hart)

"To Infinity..and beyond!"
--Buzz Lightyear

"We choose to go to the moon and to do these other things, not because they are easy, but because they are hard."
--John F. Kennedy

"Fly me to the moon and let me live among the stars
Let me know what Spring is like on Jupiter and Mars"
--Frank Sinatra

"Open the pod bay doors, Hal!"
--David Poole, "2001--A Space Odyssey"

"Ah, but a man's reach should exceed his grasp
Or what's a heaven for?"
--Robert Browning

"I can tell by the way you're standing
With your eyes filling with tears
That it's habit alone keeps you turning for home
Even though your home is right here.
And when you feel like this try to imagine
That we're all like frail boats on the sea
Just scanning the night for that great guiding light
Announcing the jubilee"
--Mary Chapin Carpenter
