Nach einem Essen sollst du ruhn oder 1000 Schritte tun. Für letzteren Vorschlag (1000 Schritte tun) bietet sich der MC-Verdauungs-Cache bestens an. Der Cache ist bequem (auch mit kleinen Kindern) zu erreichen.
