Small historical cemetery located near Highland Illinois. Quick park n grab. 08/13/10*UPDATE* RECENT LOGS HAVE MENTIONED HEAVY TRAFFIC, SO PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN PULLING INTO AND OUT OF AREA.
This cemetery contains the remains of Michael Deck and his family who settled here from Virginia. Michael, a veteran of the Revolutionary War, and his family donated much of the surrounding land to create the city of Highland. As with all cemeteries please respect the area, remember all cemeteries in Illinois are only open from dawn to dusk.
