Located on the fringe of a busy commercial center on city zoned land. Easy cache but off pavement or paths.
This obelisk looks a lot like the menhir that a favorite cartoon character is often carrying when not tossing Romans about.
Cache contains a few prizes that the FTF can chose from, including caching materials jokebooks, etc. Other finders should trade evenly or up.
