This is the fifth cache in the Moscow Rules series. You won't find the cache at the above co-ords, although it is not more than 2.5 km from here. Instead read the text, crack the code..... Unregistered geocoin in the cache for FTF!
New developments have arisen since the spymaster mysteriously left town. It was left to a small dedicated group who remain behind to fight on and protect the cause. Strange new radio signals are being detected - this has only become apparent since the disappearance of the analogue TV signal in the area. A new type of ultra-digital signal is being detected by the local cell. The precise frequency of this signal is as yet unknown. This discovery has led to the belief that a dangerous Russian spy group (SAMARA) has infiltrated the area. The group was led by a man called Joe. Though seemingly meek this former Tornado pilot is acknowledged as a technical genius. Associates of the group may include Angus Fenton and Oliver Mount, but we cannot confirm this. A signal has been intercepted that may give vital details of the whereabouts of their secret HQ, or at least somewhere they use to drop secret communications. There may be more to this than meets the eye and we are unsure how to tune in to the correct frequency. The first attempt to reach this remote site merely led to further confusion. Can you help?
