It would appear that it seems Ok to raid a well stocked cache and leave nothing or a crap trade. People should look at the whole game and trade up or at least equal.
Great place for a walk on a fine day with breath taking views.The track is off the napier - taihape rd so park your car at S39*25.566 E176*24.957 than cross the road, track starts at S39*25.586 E176*24.923 on the left. Walk up the track abit then go up this way S39*25.762 E176*24.737 Then down at this point S39*25.824 E176*24.680 Then hard left were track starts again at S39*25.854 E176*24.653. Allow about 2 hours maybe 2 and a half hours return trip.There are a few ribbons tied to the trees just to let you no your going the right way.Difficulty and terrain ratings are dependent on weather conditions.Check out my other cache THE BEST VIEWS which is very very close to this cache.
