AC/DC - High Voltage Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

H-Rob(RTR): well stopped by today to check on this one because of a disgruntled log and it was still there tied to the tree i left it, but i took it down due to the fact that this neighborhood has blown up with houses and pretty soon this spot will be gone, plus the fact that the thorns were as big as bayonets. its been a fun run with this one and hopefully i can find another spot for this one. thanks everyone

Geocache Description:

I am starting a new series that is kinda like the what the bama browns do, in that i am gonna have a few caches that are named after songs from one of my favorite bands, AC/DC. This song is called High Voltage, and it is also the name of the album that was released in 1976. AC/DC is one of the bands that got me into rock n roll along with def leopard and Guns 'n' Roses. Watching Angus Young go cross stage performing the duck walk without missing a note and listening to the late Bon Scott and the current singer Brian Johnson is so awesome to me. i've included a link to a picture of the Great Angus Young doing the Duck walk

High Voltage was the first international album released by the Australian group of AC/DC. Many Critics said that this album would not amount to anything, but ended up selling 3 million copies in the U.S. alone. This Album was re-released in 2003 as a part of the remastered series.

This cache is located in the same neighborhood as my first
cache. if your searching for this, look for Capital of Rhode island
while your here (GC2619G)

You are looking for a camoed matchstick
holder that is NOT on a powerbox but is off to the side of the
powerbox platform. if you look on one of the power boxes (the one
in the back right corner) you will see the name of the cache. gps
was about 13 ft. look for more caches to come from one of my
favorites. ROCK ON

High Voltage-
(Well) You ask me 'bout the clothes I wear
And you ask me why I grow my hair
And you ask me why I'm in a band
I dig doin' one night stands And
You wanna see me do my thing
All you gotta do is plug me into high I said high
High voltage rock 'n' roll
High voltage rock 'n' roll
High voltage,
High voltage
High voltage rock 'n' roll
Rock 'n' roll

Congrats to Gary Ledbetter on FTF
