Union Hall I-20 Overlook Traditional Cache

Expanding the caches in the East Atlanta area, this looked like a good location for a bit more of a challenge.
The location gives you a nice view of traffic on I-20 as well as the multi-purpose union hall on the nearby property (probably not OK to park there, try a side street.) There's no real significance to the spot other than I thought it was a good place to do something different.
Traffic can be heavy here but the sidewalks are in good repair so stay on them. You'll need to BYOP on this one.
