Geocache Description:

Only geocaching neophytes would search the listed location of a puzzle cache; in other words it's not there.

This is only my second attempt at what I would describe as a text based puzzle and I hope it's better than the first which turned out to be a real fiasco.  Only time will tell if this one is above, below or just plain average.  Fifteen digits, and possibly more, are encoded on this page.  Each digit stands alone so as to make it that much easier for you to decrypt.  Normally I wouldn't be given you all these hints but I'm trying to provide a level playing field for everyone.  Forget about trying to count words, letters or punctuation marks, there's no math at all and there's no advantage to being a Perl or Python programmer.  Experience with puzzles that use a similar technique would be an advantage but I don't think any such puzzles exist.

Naturally one might think that the start of a new paragraph indicates a change in direction but such an assumption could prove to be foolish.  One thing I will reveal is that the words being used for the longitude are different than those used for the latitude.  Verbalize each word of each sentence slowly while searching for patterns and ignore the syllable count.  Rating puzzles like this one has been a problem for me so this one may turn out to be overrated.  You should have no problem completing the puzzle if you've managed to get digits from the paragraph above, but this you probably already know.  Getting to the cache will require a bit of a walk and only should be done during the light of day.  Generally speaking, parking is available but if you have a bike why not take it for a spin.  Yes, this is the last sentence and I've said everything I can to misdirect you as much as I can so it's all up to you now.

Validate your puzzle solution with certitude.
