RSAKVT: Every time one person can't find a cache, they assume it isn't there rather than put energy into looking. Last time this one went missing, I stopped by with a replacement in hand and there were actually two caches in the hiding spot.
this one is far enough away that I am just going to archive it rather than make a trip.
