Geocache Description:

BYOP. UPDATE: 11-29-11, new container, new clue...happy hunting!

Third in the "O' Brother Where Art Thou?” series. One of my favorite scenes from this classic movie released in 2000, is the introduction of the Wharvey gals. Everett and DelMar catch a ride into town, and upon arrival, there is a political rally for Homer Stokes who is running for Governor. Everett hears Homer introduce the Wharvey gals over the speaker system, and Everett replies… hence the title of this cache. Everett approaches the gazebo where they are singing, and he then engages in a side splitting, hilarious conversation with his three daughters who tell about the new “suitor” for their momma, and how Everett - their dad - was “hit by a train.”

This location was just begging for a geocache to be placed. Not sure if you’ll hear any politicians trying to get the “reform” vote, or if you’ll hear any young girls crooning “In the Highway” and discussing whether or not their daddy is “bona fide,” but enjoy this spot nonetheless.

The gazebo is rarely used, but be wary of muggles. Be sure and place the container in the exact location, and secure the lid. GOOD LUCK!
