Geocache Description:

English The railway station building in Varna is among the first stations built in Bulgaria. It was officially opened by king Boris III on 3 March 1925. Before that the station was serving the first railroad built in Bulgaria. It was connecting Varna and Ruse and started operating on 26 October 1866. The railway station buildings in Varna and Bourgas are almost identical as they were designed by the same team of architects. In the period 1883-1885 Varna was a regular stop of the famous Orient Express.

Български Сградата на жп гарата във Варна е една от първите гари, построени в България. Тя била официално открита от цар Борис III на 3 март 1925г. Преди това гарата е обслужвала първата в България жп линия. Тя е свързвала Варна и Русе и е започнала експлоатация на 26 октомври 1866г. Сградите на гарите във Варна и Бургас са почти еднакви, тъй като са проектирани от същия колектив архитекти. През периода 1883-1885 Варна е била спирка на известния Ориент експрес.
