Civil Defense

I live nearby this location and every time I walk by it brings back memories of my childhood of "Duck and Cover". Perfect place for a cache. This cache is and easy park but possibly a difficult search then grab. There is little Muggle activity to worry about except for houses across the street. NOTE: Hide adjusted because the original type kept disappearing. The cache is NOT INSIDE the electrical box.
