Geocache Description:

Located at the Upshur County Recreation Park, this cache is a lock-n-lock container large enough for small trade items and a log book. BYOP.

During the summer months the park offers an Olympic size swimming pool, two pavilions, picnic tables, charcoal grills, basketball court, tennis courts, sand volleyball, hiking and biking trails and playground equipment.

Turn off of Rt 20 South Rd onto B-U Dr. Once on B-U Dr turn left into the high school parking lot. You want to take the paved road to the left of the stadium to get to the shelter/playground area of the recreation park. Just to the right of the large pavilion is an unmarked trail that leads into the woods that will get you in the vicinity of the cache.

This site is closed from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No night caching please
