This is such a beautiful area to walk in and enjoy – not too strenuous so suitable for the whole family – furry friends included. The cache itself involves some easy bouldering but supervision will be needed for children.
There are other boulders here that I explored that offer some great opportunities for hides but are considerably more difficult to access for the less experienced. I have to admit I did consider a difficult one then I thought of “Cape Doc’s Shoulder cache”, “Tom’s Hip Cache”, MnCo’s sore ankle, Ralph1dc’s gammy knee, Sawasawa’s aversion to edges, ledges and heights. No good in putting out a cache that no-one will visit! So this one is quite easy and the intention is to get you to the area to explore. If you have not already done Finebush 2 cache then I strongly recommend that you do this as well, it is nearby. I have suggested a convenient parking and the trailhead. Please leave the road access free for the inhabitants of the residence further up the track as well as anyone who may need to visit the water works. There are good paths all the way to the cache. It is a small container so only small items for trade please.
