Geo-Sprout #1 frustrated cachers for almost 5 years.
Yesterday (5/6/10) I went to check on it one more time. I was prepared with supplies for a new micro cache. However...
I found the small container right where it was supposed to be. Then I looked across the trail and found the old "missing" original regular sized container. How it got there, I have no idea.
I emptied both containers on the spot and placed the few items in good condition along with a new log book into the smaller container.
A new, more obvious, hiding spot about 10' away was selected.
I highly recommend using this description (or the hint) instead of your GPS:
- near the sign about Magical Moxlie Creek, there is a short side trail. Walk toward the end of this side trail. On your left you will see an old stump. Cache is in the depression facing the trail. Please rehide very carefully.
