Huff Mineral Spring and Nisenan Bedrock Mortar site. Come explore what was an outstanding village site for the home of the Nisenan branch of the Southern Maidu Native Americans. One of the older Bedrock Mortar sites in Rocklin. This site is also home of Huff Mineral Spring which was considered to have great curing powers, the water was called "Big Medicine" and the spring considered sacred. Come check out the awesome grinding rocks and experience some Rocklin history while grabbing a cache.
