Rankin House is operated by the Ohio Historical Society. The home is managed on behalf of the Society by Ripley, Inc. through a management agreement. See Rankin House #1 for information about John Rankin.
Be sure to enjoy the view as you walk from #1 to #2. It is a great place to see the Ohio River.
