Geocache Description:

John Parker was a freed slave who helped other slaves escape. He was also a businessman in Ripley. If you take the tour through the home you will learn much more about him and the history of slaves in the area.
Enjoy the view of the river. Then you might take a stroll along the waterfront and find the 60's ice cream shop.
