Many,many years ago, there arose a different type of encoding for messages that promised a more efficient & easier way to encoding the messages which were passed from Tribe to Tribe in secret throughout the world.
Somehow, after WW2 it fell into disuse & people continued the old encoding system unaware thet there was a better system, much like the VHS vs BETA debate.
