Geocache Description:

This regular one is further off the bike path, near a very pretty pine forest and will require a little bush-wacking. Swag items are things that represent what I am thankful for and feel blessed to have. So of course there are kitty and pup toys to represent my furry "kids". Please use bug spray and check for ticks...THOSE I am not thankful for, lol :)

Regular sized camoed container, representing just of few of the things I am thankful for and feel blessed to have. Of course, caching is right up there too...such a wonderful hobby! Please use bug spray and check for ticks....those little guys do not make my list and they are out in abundance this year!

The Racine County parks system is not dog-friendly. However, the trail adjacent to the park where we were hiking yesterday with the Labsdales is. It's a bike path and leashes are required there. So if you park and come in on the road where the bike path starts, and if your geo-dogs stay on the bike path with someone while you hunt the caches, you'll be fine.

***Note, we kept the Labsdales out of the Racine County park system...but Mr. Grapes sure saw other dogs and pup prints in it. Went back out again to hide 4 more caches and ran into a dog and her Mom. She said dogs could be on the cross country trails. So I looked at the Saller Woods sign on the other side of the park and it doesn't say anything about no dogs allowed.
