Geocache Description:

This cache has been placed for the 2010 Cache In, Tree In Event on May 8th, 2010.

If it wasn't for the Fish & Wildlife department at Sir Sandford Fleming College, this area would not have a been introduced to me. Returning to this area for the tree planting recon has brought back quite a few fond memories of the area as well as all the work done in the creek and behind a computer for understanding how pristine Baxter Creek really is.

Take a moment to enjoy the flowing water and keep an eye out for brown trout racing up and down the pools and riffles.

Caching alumni of that department will know exactly what I mean. Cheers
