The highest spot
on the Daylesford-Ballan Road, where the road crosses the Great
Dividing Range.
Leonard’s
Hill is at 717m above sea level. We wonder if all the signs of this
type will need to be adjusted when the sea levels rise by the
predicted 2m! It has recently been confirmed that a wind farm will
be established here within twelve months - it will certainly become
a powerful spot! Information in this cache will be useful if you
are doing GC287D7.
There is heavy
tree cover so signal reception on your GPS'r will be
difficult.
A Bendigo PathTag is
available for the First To Find.
BTW - Have you
visited the Geocaching Australia Forum recently?
