Geocache Description:

Welcome to Griffiths Avenue Local Nature Reserve, a Victorian stable building and walled garden in over two and a half acres of land. It was part of the old Granleys Estate. The entrance to the LNR is from Griffiths Avenue. It lies between Knowle and the Graylings. Follow the metalled road to the entrance gate on your left. See attached photos for guidance.
A new bespoke container. Please let me know if it becomes detached.

Two wild flower meadows supporting over fifteen species of butterfly and a wealth of flowers and grasses. There are also small mammals, badgers, foxes and bats on the reserve. There is a great and varied range of trees including Monterey Cypress and Wellingtonia Sequoia.

Cache placed with the kind permission of Cheltenham Borough Council.

Thanks to Herbie and Scout Downie for creating this cache (pdownie)
