This cache is situated along the coastal footpath with views out to sea and of the local harbour.
There is parking at N57 41.1087 W002 42.085 accessable from Park Road in Portsoy.
This is one of 2 caches to be placed in our boys names, this one being Grant's Cache, Phillip's cache will be placed once a suitable spot is found.
On a clear day you can see across to the other side of the Moray firth. Not so sadly when the small sandwich box was placed (it was tipping with rain)
Whilst the footpath is suitable for a wheelchair and pushchairs, gz is in amongst some tufty grass so a pal may be needed to retrieve the cache.
Watch out for muggles as the footpath is a popular dog walking route, especially in the fine weather and there is a seat nearby.
Initial contents include a First to Find Key ring, a toy motorbike, some pencils, a spiky squishy toy, some "Camp Rock" cards and a child's necklace/earing set.
See the above link for more information about our beautiful town with its 17th century harbour which is home to the Scottish Traditional Boats Festival at the end of June / begining of July (dates can be found here (visit link)
