Geocache Description:


Trees of Alabama Series: Mockernut Hickory - (Carya tomentosa Poir. Nutt.). Deciduous hardwood found commonly in all regions of Alabama. The cache is a camoed pill bottle Park at large 2 ft. diameter Oak that overhangs the road on the north side. Cache is 20 ft. beyond the large Oak beside a small Mockernut Hickory Tree. There is a picture of a Mockernut Hickory and it's leaves on the cache log. Please return cache as found.
