The cache is located along the Nebo Ridge Trail near the old town of Elkinsville. Parking cords are N 39° 04.763 W 086° 14.922
When I first began Geocaching in 2001 most of the caches were long hikes in the woods with an ammo box as the treasure box. This is what attracted me to the sport. Redhawke44p has hidden a mess of old school caches. Do you want to know what it was like in the beginning? Grab one of his caches and enjoy a history lesson.
