The cache is a full size ammo box located at a rock quarry. There
is a small bluff located directly across from the cache that offers
a great view of the quarry and is an excellent spot for photos. The
cache contains a small camera. Pictures will be posted here. Please leave
the camera in the cache for others to use. Cache was placed with
permission of the quarry owner, Glen Faith.
Note the cache is NOT available 24 X 7. The quarry is open most
days from 10:00AM to 6:00PM and closed on Wednesdays. If the gate
is locked DO NOT attempt to access the cache. Before searching for
the cache PLEASE check-in at the office ongrounds. There is no fee
to park or seek the cache provided you park at the coordinates
listed. Cache is a short walk about 300 yards from the parking
area. The quarry has several interesting objects sunk below the
surface including a fire truck, semi truck, school bus and the
Boeing 727 airplane used in the movie "U.S. Marshals."
