Geocache Description:

A small camo'd jar is hidden in the usual fashion near the unusually charming St. Edward's Catholic Church in village of Mendon. Except for brass doors and stained glass windows, St. Ed's is constructed of field stone from its foundation to the top of its bell tower. Across the quiet street is even quieter St. Edward's Cemetery, with a fieldstone wall running across its front and a row of tall trees along the back. Note the memorial to Rev. Hammer, Father Korst and Rev. Father Olk, all born in the 1800s. And note a particularly large tree near the Mettys and Moutaws. Also note that Michigan cemeteries are closed from dusk to dawn.
