In November 2006, the bridge over the Stilly River was washed out by floods. This was the second bridge placed there! The repacment bridge was put in by helecopter and re-opend on June 27, 2009. It is a flashy bridge! You need sunscreen on when crossing i! Also - be sure to go all the way and visit the Ice Caves!

I do need to say to be careful at the caves! Do not go into the caves or climb on them! Be aware that occasional rocks or ice can fall! Please - enjoy - but be careful!
