Magnetic micro that should be easy with hint but pretty tricky without. Suggest using the hint unless you have the area to yourself and are prepared to explain what you're doing!
There was a cache nearby (GCV5H1) that would have been my closest to home but it had disappeared before I found my first cache and was archived last year. I'm placing this to bring people out to the east or provide a quick cache for anyone visiting ExCeL. Suggest going up/over the footbridge afterwards to admire the view. Royal Victoria Square is pretty plain but ExCeL has enough big numbers and records: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ExCeL_London#Capacity_and_usage_figures If you have time and it's open I'd recommend looking in to see the scale for yourself. Please be careful if there is a busy exhibition on http://www.excel-london.co.uk/whatson If there are future security sensitive events I will disable and remove this for the duration.
