Geocache Description:

#14 CS= small round click and lock DO NOT go onto the railway track Please bring a pencil.

Welcome to the 14th of 82 caches in the York Mega Series.

We hope that Geocachers enjoy this series and we are asking that the geo-community help us to keep the series intact. We will do our best to keep the caches active but you can help by ensuring each cache is re-hidden as found. You can also help if you replace full or wet log books or even replace a complete cache if you are satisfied that the cache is missing (this could be paramount if you are attempting the whole series in one go). We have not made any of the caches hard to find (although this one is not that easy - sorry). They are all located in places that a Geocacher would expect to find a cache. Therefore if you can not find it, it probably is missing!



Do Not go on to the railway track From #11 to #17 the footpath follows the River Foss and care should be taken. There are times when the path is very narrow, look after children and pets.

The River Foss can flood, this will not effect the caches but the path can become very muddy
