Total Distance is 29 km / 18 miles
The Mal Evans Way has been extended to Devils Bridge. Mal Evans
was once the chairman of the Aberystwyth Group of the
Ramblers’ Association, who have way marked the route. It
offers some fine scenery and passes through some old mining areas
to join Ystumtuen, which is on the route of the Cambrian Way, to
join the sea at Borth. There are links with the Dyfi Valley Way and
the Cardigan Bay Coast Walk

The above image is of the whole route, the route is clearly a
challenge in places and is on a variety of terrains, some b roads,
mostly bridleways and some footpaths. The walk can be easily done
in stages, or jumped into in different places. Here you can join
the walk from Tal-y-Bont, there are many places to park, and the
walk to Dol-y-Bont is moderate in range and terrain. Please note
the path does go through farms, but it is a right of way, but
please respect the farm environment, close gates behind you and try
not to scare animals and working dogs.
A full link to the walk can be found here:-

The path is long and by all means i welcome others to put out other
caches along the walk to connect it up in a similar way to the
Ystwyth Bycycle path. Plus I'd like to find some along it myself!
