With the newly sealed trail it is great to see community events arise from a great trail. The sealed trail gives more opportunity for families with strollers and prams to enjoy the area as well. This cache is a little off the sealed trail but we hope this side of the river will soon be sealed as well. This series was started before the sealed trail was created.

A fun run/walk that follows the Little Para River trails through a shaded and picturesque course.
PARA RIVER CLASSIC
The Para River Classic is a fun run/walk that follows the Little Para River trails. 3 distances of 10km, 5km and 2km are offered along well maintained paths guiding you through a very shaded and picturesque course.
Race features:
- course Marshalls and course signs
- several water stations provided along the course
- ample car parking
- accurately timed and measured race
- race breakfast for all competitors
- toilets and showers at the Salisbury Recreation Precinct
- prizes for first place male and female in all distances
- random draw prizes

For the First to find there is a certificate and a unique FTF path tag. They are not swapped or given out so the first to find pathtag will be a unique item that no one else will have.
