Geocache Description:

Flat tin slighty larger than a deck of cards ! Room for coins. And thats what I left- 4 quarters for the FTF and a geocoin to start off the cache ...

Cache is along the Maricopa Trail. New trail gates along New River Rd or along the road leading up to the east side marina and boat ramps. Follow the trail and your GPSr. At the time the cache was set there was a commercial bee hive in the area. They consist of several white boxed beehives. As I hiked the trail I did not encounter a single bee. But I suppose if you are allergic to bee's then take other precautions !!! The trail does not pass close to the hives. Commercial hives are quite often seen on State Trust Land and moved frequently to new areas.

No motorized vehicles are allowed on the MT or in the surrounding area of desert. This State Trust Land is closed to all motorized vehicles on or off the trail !!
