Come to learn the basics of geocaching (who, what, how, where)
and find a geocache as well! Local geocaching volunteers and state
park staff will help you learn to use a GPS to find hidden caches
and share your story in your online log to the geocaching
community. We will start at 9:00 am and end at noon.
This is a fun way for families and friends to enjoy an adventure
in the natural wonders of our Texas State Parks. Cedar Hill State
Park is a great place for exploration while geocaching.
There is a fee to enter the park. The Texas State Parks and
Wildlife Park Pass is a great deal for those who visit the parks
frequently. Click here to go to the Texas Parks and Wildlife site
for more details.
News UPDATE! Cachers who log in to this event will be eligible
for a raffle that includes a geocoin and other goodies!
