Nepean River - The Narrows Traditional Cache
bikerbuddy: The Nepean River caches were always problematic due to fluctuations in the river level. It looks like they're all gone now. I've decided not to replace them since I'm no longer geocaching. Thanks to all who went and took a look.

The Narrows is a section of the Nepean River where Glenbrook Creek feeds into the river and has created a small peninsula with pine trees.
While the attributes for this cache say a boat is required, it can be done without a boat by walking along a track on the western shore of the river from Lapstone Place. The cache has a rating of five for terrain because a boat is classed as special equipment on this website. However, the terrain really isn't hard, especially once you get near GZ.
This is a pretty part of the world. I kayak up here as often as I can. I've wanted to place a cache in the Gorge for some time, but there are restrictions because of National Park boundaries. I hope your looking for this cache inspires you to explore the gorge further - perhaps to even look for the sister cache to this one, Nepean River - The Gorge.
This is a small cache with room for only small swaps, although I have put none in to begin with.
Please ensure the cache is put back as you found it and that anything you move while looking for the cache is also returned as it was.
