Geocache Description:

A cache very near a place to stop for a minute and remember

As with all other geocaches if you take something out please leave something in its place.

Boggart Hole Clough is a park in Blackley. Part of ancient woodland, combining a number of cloughs varying from steep ravines to gentle sloping gullies (Clough is a local dialect word for steep sided, wooded valley). There were stories that the clough was haunted by a boggart (a mischievous spirit found mainly in Lancashire and Yorkshire).

Situated near the top of Angel Hill in the Clough, the Blackley War Memorial overlooks a steep tree lined sloping valley.

The cache is near the summit of Angel Hill (The reason for the name of the hill will be clear when at the cache site).

The cache location is fairly easy to walk or even cycle too.
