Park in the lot at the bathhouse or at Beehunter picnic area. The
cache is on the hillside past the tennis courts. The cache
container is a flat tupperware box. In it you will find a logbook
and pen, kids playing cards, calculator, batteries, hair clips and
several small toys. The cache is a reset of Deer Me.
Deer feed in the meadow adjacent to this site. Look for them at
dusk. This area is attractive to the deer because there are low
shrubs for them to browse here at the edge of the woods. Noise from
the cabin trail and the athletic field doesn't seem to bother the
deer. After you find the cache, spend a little quiet time watching
for them. If you want to move closer for a picture, move closer
when they have their heads down. Don't let them catch you creeping
closer. The lookout will twitch its tail before it raises its head
for a look. FREEZE when you see that tail twitch.
