i would recommend parking at the library & walking down the hill... i wouldn't recommend wearing flip-flops though! (i almost slipped down the grassy hill)
the cache is on the library side of a dried up creek bed which could fill up with water during heavy rain.
congrats to motorcity0628 for traveling all the way from south korea and grabbing this FTF!!
