New York Admin: No response from owner places me in a position where I must archive this cache. Geocaches archived for lack of maintenance or non-communication can not be unarchived.

I just want to go Geocaching....
But this time of year, with dusk at 5, that makes it more difficult to go these days.
So I have been doing some Park-N-Grabs.
I got two tonight, then headed over here to meet up with the wife and Kids for Dinner.
Now with all the Ice Cream in the area,
I was very surprised to find there was no cache near by...
So after dinner, I set one out before going home....
It is an easy Park-N-Grab, no need to leave the pavement.
Well at least until they start to pile the snow up here...
Container is a recycled medicine container.
