The cache "Kirby, What's That Smell?" was one of our first hides. It was a on breaker box on a pole in the middle of no where. It was just shy of a good burger joint called "The Point".
Then someone sent us an email that the cache was a DNF. We went out to investigate. Sure enough, the cache was gone because the breaker box was gone because the metal pole in the concrete was GONE! So we did what everyone else would do, put up a replacement cache a little bit away from the old one and updated the coordinates.
All was good and then--- a cacher said that someone put up a fence-- can you believe it? We couldn't. Sure enough -- "THE MAN" put up a fence.
I know a fence is just a 'challenge' to cachers, but this was a serious fence complete with signs, dogs, and electricity..,
So this new cache is on the way to Kirby (which can no longer be gotten, darn it).
