El cache consta de un envase plastico hermético transparente que contiene un monedero de cuero de la cuidad de Arica, un mosqueton y 2 dados, además del Logbook y un lapiz grafito...se recomienda llevar cortaplumas para sacar punta al lapiz si es que se ha quebrado o un lápiz propio.
Initiating in the park Mahuida, to continue the "path of Chile" (Sendero de Chile) to the north toward the Hill the Cross (Cerro la Cruz). The cache is found to 1256 meters above sea level a little far away of the path. after leaving the path to seek the cache, should have precaution because the inclination of the terrain, BE CARE FOR NOT FALLING. The cache is next to a great rocky accumulation, be care the alergic ones, the terrain out of the path is highly difficulty since they approach a lot to the gully and implies some danger. IMPORTANT DATA: To find the cache is not necessary to scale neither to be risked near the edges of the rocks. Is better to rise a little by the path for later descend with care to the point. Enjoy the view.
En el parque Mahuida, seguir el sendero de Chile al norte , al Cerro la Cruz. Guiado por GPS salirse del sendero. El cache se encuentra a 1256 msnm. Al salir del sendero a buscar el cache se debe tener precaución debido a lo inclinado del terreno, cuidado con caerse...El cache esta en una gran saliente rocosa, "Cuidado los alergicos". No es apto para niños o personas sin experiencia en trekking de alta dificultad, ya que se acercan mucho a las quebradas e implica algo de peligro. DATO IMPORTANTE: Para encontrar el cache no es necesario escalar ni arriesgarse cerca de los bordes de las rocas, es mejor subir un poco por el sendero para despues bajar con cuidado hasta el punto. Disfruten la vista.
