Geocache Description:

Well the day started out with Bethany In Wonderland and myself walking in the Armed Forces Parade in Bremerton and then turned into what was suppose to be a fun evening of Geocaching…. After a couple of finds we decided to head from Shelton back to N. Mason county and thought wait! there must be a Cache up there. After finding out that there was none and a Bison in my purse waiting to be placed we set out to find just the right place for this. After scouting several locations we headed up to BK to get some food. Upon arrival we noticed some smoke coming off the engine, an hour and a half later and some MacGyver work on the car off we went to go place the cache.

Now about the Cache, it is placed WELL off the road and would be a great place for the kids to hunt, it is located at a very large pull off. I’ve marked it a 2 for difficulty because of the power lines near by. We took nearly a dozen readings on location and decided on the above because we got it more than once. But if it wasn’t for that I would probably just have marked it about a 1.5. you will need to BYOP.

When logging your FTF please list the time on your online log as well as the sheet thanks and have fun looking.

If you get stuck Mason Search and rescue is near by. And if you have some free time they are looking for Volunteers!
